Tech Support Levels

Tier 1 $ 110/hr (1 hour minimum)

Basic or everyday computer (non server) issues, including printers, basic networking issues, issues with common off-the-shelf software.

Tier 2 $ 150/hr (1 hour minimum)

Troubleshooting/issue resolution that requires a greater level of technical support that handles more complex and intricate issues that cannot be resolved by Tier 1 support staff. Possessing a deeper technical knowledge and expertise, to troubleshoot problems that require specialized skills and understanding of systems, networks, and software. Includes some: local server issues, complex network troubleshooting, wireless installations, network hardware installations (not configuring)

Tier 3 $ 200/hr (1 hour minimum)

The most advanced level of support, reserved for the most complex and difficult issues. Including ALL Server (not PC acting as a server) hardware, software and applications. Network design and troubleshooting, migrations, cloud and server based installations and troubleshooting.Involves the most highly skilled and knowledgeable personnel, such as subject matter experts, to resolve complex issues.
